Please double check the sizing before mounting your watch on your new strap. Once the strap has been mounted, exchanges and returns become more complicated because the strap will be in used condition.
Most items ship in 2-5 business days. At busy times of the year it may take an additional day or two. We will do our best to keep you updated!
Returns and Exchanges
All of our products come with a lifetime guarantee. And not a technically legal “lifetime means 5 years” guarantee…it really means your lifetime. We just ask that you do your part and follow the care instructions that come with your package.
- We are happy to accept a return or exchange on any unused (never mounted) watch strap
- Custom orders, including custom sizes on standard items, are not eligible for return unless there was an issue from our end. In other words, if you got what you ordered (due to the specialized nature of custom items), we probably cannot accept a return.
- Return shipping is usually $2.00 USD. In most cases we will pay for return/exchange shipping
We’re confident that you will be happy with your product, particularly for the price. However, we acknowledge that you can’t please everyone all the time. If this winds up being you, we will work to make sure you do get something you love. You just need to let us know, and we will work with you to find a solution or you get your money back.

We are a small company and don’t yet move at Amazon speeds…but we are working on it! Most inquiries will receive a response within 1-2 business days, but we promise that even in the worst case we will answer every single email by the close of business every Friday.
